Technical and orthographic drawing
This assignment is a new approach for us to learn on technical and orthographic drawing. We were supposed to choose a daily life object and draw it according to the scale given. The main objective for this assignment is also to look at the line weight and scale of the overall detailed drawing.
These drawings were finalised after many tutorial sessions to improve every week's progress. I personally think that the drawings need to be really detailed and focused because it is not easy to produce one of the drawings.
I learnt to draw proper convention drawings to scale and understand the meaning of orthographic drawings. I did not do a good job in drawing the daily life object in general because I did not like the daily life item that I have chosen and I find it very hard for me to catch up and learn about the line weight and accuracy of the drawings. I do feel dissappoitned because I could not perform well in the end although many tutorials have been done. Nevertheless, this assignment really helped me in understanding the method of doing orthographic drawings that are to scale and accurate.
