Final Outcome of both boards with obvious Chinese traditional elements to portray the traditional feel of the Chinese family background. Board 1 consist of the outlook of the Tulou (土楼 )building with yellow walls, on the board consist of the family tree and a little of the historical background at the right corner of the board. Board 2 then consist of most information which are the timeline, family recipes, traditions, significant events and also hobbies. The outlook of the first board is actually a part of the exterior of Tulou building and second board is the aerial view of the Tulou buiding. Both signifies the Hakka tradition that is my family background.
CONCLUSION
Through this assignment, I have learnt to look at our own family background that we had never knew is quite challenging as it is hard to track down the past of our family background. I felt that this assignment is only doing one side of the partner's family which did not gain much for the other partner. It is fun and interesting to get to know my family roots and acknowledge the importance of family traditions to be passed down to generations. There was a confusion in selecting the right theme for the info graphic boards as it might be confusing for many to look at the board. As the tutors corrected our mistakes and gave suggestion, me and my partner decided to go with the theme.

3-MINUTE VIDEO
I personally chose the Hungry Ghost Festival as the ONE tradition required for the video. The Hungry Ghost Festival falls on the month that this was filmed on the 7th month of the Lunar Calendar. I chose my grandmother as my interviewee as she knows the most about our family tradition. The video talks about the process and details on the festival.
