Constructed landscape first assignment started with a graphic journal. Main objective of this assignment is to introduce the fundamentals of the module and to understand the baseline of requirements for the benefits of future assignments. The site that we need to focus on was in Taylor's University campus itself for easier familiarization and understanding.
The graphic journal must include the following:
- Illustrative Touring Map
- Softscape Elements
- Hardscape Elements
- Favorite Spot

Reflection
The first assignment gave me a new approach on proper drawings of landscape because before this my drawings were all sketches and not proper drawings. Thus, it gave me a new chance to learn something new. However, I think I took this assignment too easy and did not be critical on the drawings. Painting and also drawing plants on plan view was a challenge for me because it is still new to me. Also, hardscape elements are too unfamiliar to me as it is not what we were exposed to. I learnt to discover new softscapes and hardscape through touring around the campus.
